We are opening HearthlyOS to a small group of self-managed condo boards, starting in Alberta. Boards in Ontario can join the list now.
Who it suits
- A condo corporation of about 5 to 50 units.
- Run by its board, with little or no property management.
- A board willing to use HearthlyOS through one full maintenance year.
What the arrangement is
What your board gets
- HearthlyOS at no cost during early access.
- Help setting up the building, including importing your owner list.
- A direct line to the people building it.
What we ask in return
- Run the building on HearthlyOS for a full maintenance year.
- A short call every couple of months to tell us what works and what does not.
- Permission to learn from how you use it. Your data stays yours.
Common questions
- Does it cost anything?
- Not during early access. We will publish pricing before early access ends, and no board will be charged without agreeing to it first.
- We are not in Alberta. Can we still apply?
- Yes. Ontario boards are next, and the Ontario starting maintenance schedule already exists. Boards elsewhere can join the list.
- How long does setup take?
- Most of it is an evening: the building profile, units and owners, and the main assets. You can add detail over time.
